Take the opportunity to 'make your mark in history' when The Writing Pod for the People's Bible is at 41 High Street, Annan on Wednesday 5 October from 10.30am to 4pm.
Everyone of all ages is invited to copy verses via an iPad straight on to digital paper; the written work which results will become part of the historic online edition of the bible.
This is in celebration of the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible.
This is a joint venture between the Bible Society in England & Wales and the Scottish Bible Society and is being organised in Annan by the Annandale Churches Together (ACT).

Over 80 folks from Fridays in Faith enjoyed a ‘Big Day Out’ to Whithaugh Park at Newcastleton. The weather stayed fine and everybody enjoyed the activities on offer; grass sledging, low ropes, zip wire, swimming and a few even tried walking on water!

It was a fun day, but still with lots of quiet opportunities for conversation and ended with a time of worship and prayer.

The next FIF is in Annan Academy on Friday 6 May 7.00 - 9.00pm.
